What forms are needed for my child to participate?
A completed online registration, payment, camp waiver, and medical release form. You will be e-mailed a confirmation letter prior to the camp giving all the pertinent information in regards to what is needed.
What is the camp cancellation/refund policy?
There will be a $20 fee for any checks that are returned to Nyack for insufficient funds. Any cancellations will be refunded with a $50.00 registration fee subtracted.
What should my child bring to camp?
All campers should bring cleats, shinguards, sunscreen, water-bottle, sneakers, socks and a towel.
